Shipping policy

At DAS Collection, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery experience for all our customers.

DAS currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to selected GCC countries.

UAE Delivery

Custom Orders: Custom-made orders require approximately 10–15 business days for production and delivery from the date the order is confirmed.

Orders (Ready to buy)  within the UAE are normally delivered within approximately 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, high-demand seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

UAE Shipping Charges

For orders within the UAE delivery charge of AED 35 will apply.

From time to time, DAS Collection may offer promotional codes or special offers that provide free delivery regardless of the order value.

GCC Delivery

DAS Collection delivers to selected GCC countries.

Delivery times and shipping charges for GCC orders may vary depending on the destination and order details. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance procedures may also affect the estimated delivery timeframe.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Customers will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons may require additional processing time.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Valid mobile number
  • Complete delivery address
  • Building, villa, or apartment number
  • Emirate or country
  • Any relevant delivery instructions

DAS Collection will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

UAE National Holidays

Deliveries may not take place during UAE National Holidays.

Orders or deliveries affected by a National Holiday will be processed or rescheduled to the next available working day, where applicable.
